Meet the Founder

Kaitlin Trebley is the founder of SORT. and has spent more than 15 years helping businesses navigate the people side of running a business.

With a Bachelor of Commerce (HR & Marketing), qualifications in Work Health & Safety, and experience across a range of industries, Kaitlin specialises in turning complicated HR requirements into practical solutions that businesses can actually use. From Awards and compliance through to contracts, policies and workplace issues, her focus is always on keeping things clear, simple and realistic.

When she's not talking HR, Kaitlin is busy raising three kids with her husband and helping run their own agricultural contracting business. As a business owner herself, she understands that most people don't have time for complicated systems, endless paperwork or confusing advice.

That's exactly why SORT. was created, to provide practical HR support that helps business owners manage their people with confidence, while getting back to what they do best: running their business.
